Together, making a difference – Industry leaders present $75,000 cheque to Mission Possible.

A $75,000 cheque was presented Dec 12th to Mission Possible, a local Vancouver non-profit organization dedicated to providing opportunities for people challenged by homelessness and poverty.

Maksim Mihic, DP World Vancouver’s General Manager, along with Peter Xotta, Vice President, Planning & Operations, Port Metro Vancouver, Eric Waltz, President Canada, Global Container Terminals, and Jeff Scott, President Fraser Surrey Docks, together, made the presentation to Brian Postlewait, Executive Director & CEO of Mission Possible.

The funds were raised during the 15th annual Port Gala fundraiser. Hosted by Port Metro Vancouver and port terminals, the event brings together port tenants, suppliers and partners to help raise awareness and funds for important community organizations. Over 400 people attended the sold-out event.
